How can I get my initials, name or company logo on Royce leather products?

Personalization is at the very core of what we do. We believe “it’s about your name, not ours.” That’s why our logo remains discreet and why we offer far more than just the monogramming of initials. All ROYCE leather products can be custom foil stamped or blind embossed (pressed into leather using the combination of heat and pressure, but without adding a foil color like silver or gold foil).

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Our master stampers carefully hand-set each brass character, ensuring perfect proportion to the size of the product and the natural texture of the leather. Each character is meticulously aligned so the spacing is flawless before being locked into the heated plate of the stamping press. A sheet of foil is placed over the leather, and the brass characters are then pressed directly into the surface, embossing the leather and infusing it with the chosen foil color. This process ensures the personalization is permanent, precise, and elegantly finished.

FOIL STAMP COLORS

In addition to elegant embossing, our products can be foil-stamped in a wide range of colors, including—but not limited to—gold, silver, rose gold, copper, blue, red, purple, pink, green, black, white, yellow, and orange.

For special orders, we can match nearly any PMS color for monograms, logos, or designs. Personalization can be applied to initials or names in uppercase, lowercase, or mixed case, using either serif or sans-serif fonts. For custom requests, we can monogram in any font of your choosing.

TYPOGRAPHY

Our default typography, featured on our website, in ROYCE boutiques, and at on-site monogramming events, is Goudy Light, a timeless serif font that embodies the refinement of our craft.

CUSTOM LOGOS

For embossing a custom logo or branding onto our leather goods, our graphic design team carefully evaluates your logo to determine the ideal size and placement for the selected product. Where the product design allows, multiple logo size and placement options will be offered.

Additionally, for a more tactile experience, we can create an order for a pre-production sample to be reviewed in person before finalizing the order.

To ensure precision, artwork must be provided in a vectorized format (.ai, .svg or .eps file) with outlined design and typography, which is then used to create a custom brass die for embossing. In some instances, a PDF or PNG file may be acceptable.

HOW DOES THE ONLINE MONOGRAM PROCESS WORK?

CUSTOM MONOGRAMMING

At ROYCE, personalization is always complimentary—both on our website and in every ROYCE boutique. Transform any leather piece into a unique, thoughtful gift with a custom monogram.

On the product page, before adding an item to your cart, you can select up to three letters for a classic monogram (all letters uniform in size, typically arranged as first, middle, last initials). For a more customized option, you may enter first names, full names, words, characters, or numbers in the second text box.

Monograms can be finished in gold foil, silver foil, or embossed directly into the leather without color. Our signature font for all online and in-store monograms is Goudy Light, a modern serif font.

ENHANCED CUSTOMIZATION

For enhanced customization, including additional foil colors, alternative fonts, logos, or artwork, an additional fee applies. These orders may require 1–3 extra business days to complete.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOMETHING MONOGRAMMED?

Monogrammed orders placed by 10:00 AM EST on a business day typically ship the same day.
Most monogrammed orders that are placed on a business day ship by the following business day
Weekend orders (placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday) generally ship the next business day (Monday).
All monogrammed orders—except those with more than three letters or special characters beyond letters and numbers—ship within two business days.

Personalization orders that include names, special characters, logos, or custom designs may require up to 1-3 additional business days due to the complexity of the stamping process. We are pleased to offer this enhanced service whenever possible and appreciate your patience as we craft your bespoke piece.

WHAT CAN BE MONOGRAMMED? CAN YOU MONOGRAM MY NON-ROYCE PRODUCT?

The entire ROYCE leather collection can be personalized with embossing or foil stamping, using our carefully curated selection of fonts, numbers, and symbols in a wide array of colors. We also offer monogramming services for leading luxury brands, retailers, and department stores.

To inquire, please email us at orders@royce.us with a photo of the item and the desired personalization.

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your leather piece into any ROYCE retail location, where we can provide an on-the-spot quote and advise on turnaround time.

Typically, monogramming of non-ROYCE merchandise can be completed and returned within three business days of receiving the item.
