HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Non-personalized products almost always ship the same business day.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized items with up to 3 monogrammed initials generally ship the same day or the following business day. Personalized items with a name typically ship the following business day, with the exception of orders with non-English characters.

Products with an embossed or foil stamped corporate branded logo ship within two to three business days after a digital proof or physical pre-production proof of the logo placement is approved and payment has been provided.

RUSH DELIVERY

Rush delivery is available for all orders, including monogramming and custom imprinting orders, with same-day service to offices or residences in the New York City area and next-day delivery to all 50 U.S. states, for an additional fee.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order as soon as one hour after it ships. An automated email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout—no account login is required. ROYCE is not responsible for transit delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

Please ensure your shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete, as ROYCE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. A nominal fee is charged for reshipping due to incorrect addresses or for rerouting an existing shipment.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of date of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval prior to a credit being issued. All original express shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include a copy of the original packing slip in the package to streamline the refund process.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products are final sale and cannot be refunded; if there is an issue with the product quality, monogram quality or if the wrong item was shipped, we are happy to immediately replace and expedite the replacement order at no additional cost.

MARKDOWN PRODUCTS

Products that are on markdown promo as end of season exclusive sale at the time of ordering and are indicated as final sale are not eligible for return and refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped internationally (including Puerto Rico and US territories) are final sale and not eligible for return and refund.

CUSTOMER RETURN TERMS

Contingent on the quantity of merchandise returned, on a case-by-case basis, a re-stocking fee of up to 15% may be charged.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and can ship via their preferred shipping method (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and we kindly ask that they retain a copy of the tracking number in case the returned order cannot be located by our warehouse. For convenience, we also can provide a prepaid FedEx return label and deduct those shipping fees from the credit issued.

We aim to process all customer returns within 2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Additional processing time (2-3 additional days) may be required during peak holiday season times. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for the credit card provider to return the funds.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All ROYCE merchandise, including corporate logo stamped and monogrammed orders, is elegantly gift packaged and shipped from our workshop and warehouse in Secaucus, New Jersey just 10 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel, allowing for easy pick up at our warehouse or immediate courier delivery to Manhattan and same-day courier delivery to all locations in New York City. On occasion or upon request, ROYCE merchandise may be shipped from (or picked up in-store) its retail locations in New York City, Greenwich, CT and San Francisco, CA.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Complimentary FedEx shipping is offered on all website orders and in-store fulfilled orders, regardless of quantity or order value. No code is required—simply select “Free Shipping” at checkout.

Shipping costs for all other service levels are calculated at checkout once the destination ZIP code is entered in the “Shipping & Tax Estimator.”

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipment’s weight and dimensions, the distance to the delivery ZIP code, and the selected expedited FedEx service level.

WHERE DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?

For same-day delivery service in the New York City metro area, including Westchester County, Orange County, Fairfield County, Essex County, Sussex County, Bergen County, and Hudson County, please contact orders@royce.us to arrange courier service.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED? DO YOU SHIP TO PUERTO RICO AND US ISLAND TERRITORIES?

We proudly partner exclusively with FedEx, a trusted leader in fast and secure deliveries worldwide. With extensive domestic and international reach, FedEx helps us ensure that every shipment reflects our commitment to excellence.

For delivery on domestic orders in all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii as well as to Puer to Rico, and all other U.S. territories, we ship exclusively via FedEx.

For APO, FPO, DPO, and standard U.S. PO Boxes, shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal service in accordance with mailing requirements.

For orders exceeding $500, a signature is required upon delivery to guarantee secure and accurate receipt.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We partner exclusively with FedEx for all international shipments, including Canada. We offer a $95 flat rate worldwide shipping, regardless of the destination. delivery time is typically 3-5 Business Days.

For most orders in Canada, except for rural addresses, delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Exceptions to these delivery times may occur due to weather, unforeseen customs delays, or shipments to rural locations.

All orders are delivered duty paid. ROYCE covers all national and local duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance, and brokerage fees. If customs requests payment from you, simply forward the notice to us, and we will either pay on your behalf or issue a credit toward your order.

All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the recipient’s telephone number in the designated field at checkout.

IF I HAVE TAX-EXEMPT STATUS FROM A NON-PROFIT OR A RE-SALE CERTIFICATE, CAN I BE REFUNDED SALES TAX?

If you make a tax-exempt purchase on Royce.us, at one of our boutiques, pop-up events or through our corporate gifting team, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a tax refund.

To submit a request, please email your tax-exempt documentation (Resale Cer tificate, Sales and Use Tax Exemption Cer tificate, Tax Exemption Cer tificate, etc.) along with your order or invoice number. Documentation must be submitted for each purchase and each order number.
