WILL THE PRODUCT VARY IN LOOK FROM HOW IT APPEARS ONLINE?
All images on our website—whether lifestyle or studio shots—are captured in high resolution with realistic lighting to accurately represent the product’s color, texture, size, and design details.
Please note that variations in computer, tablet, or phone screens and display settings may cause the product color to appear slightly different than in person. Additionally, minor variations in leather texture and grain may occur, reflecting the natural characteristics of top-grain and full-grain American Nappa cowhide leather.
Our leather is tanned by hand in small batches, so slight variations in color and texture may occur.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MADE?
All of our leather designs are created by our family in New York City.
We exclusively handcraft our genuine leather bags, wallets, travel organizers, and desk accessories using American cowhide leather sourced from Kentucky and Texas.
Our collection of American alligator belts, cufflinks, and accessories, as well as select items like catchall trays, passport cases, keychains, money clips, and journals, are handmade in our U.S. workshop.
The remainder of the ROYCE leather collection is assembled at our long-standing, family-owned production line in Mumbai, where a team of highly skilled master craftsmen and women, many of whom have collaborated with our family for decades, bring each piece to life.
Every step of the process adheres to our rigorous quality standards and sustainable, ethical manufacturing practices, reflecting a tradition of hand craftsmanship that spans four generations, from New York City’s Flatiron District to our family roots in Vienna, Austria.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHERS DO YOU USE?
We take pride in crafting our leather goods from premium American steer hides, sourced exclusively from renowned LWG (Leather Working Group) certified tanneries. These trusted partners uphold the highest standards of environmental stewardship and sustainable practices, ensuring our materials embody both integrity and excellence.
Every component in our products, such as our hardware, zippers, and suede lining, is carefully chosen to meet or exceed the stringent requirements of California Proposition 65. This commitment ensures that every ROYCE piece is not only of exceptional quality but also safe, environmentally responsible, and timeless.
Each hide used in our products is carefully hand-selected. Hides with coloring or natural markings that do not meet our exacting standards are never used. This meticulous, time-intensive process ensures that we craft our products from only the finest, most luxurious leathers available.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY?
Expert craftsmanship and commitment to high-quality design and materials are at the heart of the ROYCE name, a proud tradition going back four generations in our family. ROYCE provides a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee for new leather bags and accessories purchased online or in- store directly from ROYCE.
The lifetime guarantee covers all functional aspects of ROYCE products as it pertains to manufacturers defects and we will be happy to fix or replace products with such defects in a prompt manner.
To proceed with starting the warranty redemption process, please email a few images of the item to orders@royce.us as well as proof of purchase. The lifetime guarantee does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear or damages deriving from misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.
